Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your hockey equipment meets your on-ice requirements.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Goalie Masks Senior (due to hygiene and safety considerations)
  • Any used or damaged protective equipment
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Submit Return Request

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our hockey-knowledgeable team will review your request within 24 hours
  3. Receive Return Instructions
    We’ll provide you with return shipping instructions and authorization code
  4. Ship Your Return
    Package items securely and ship to our address (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)
  5. Processing
    Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item. Shipping charges for exchanges will be calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method.
